  • Really trying to do better eating extra small meals/snacks. So if anyone has good suggestions for simple things to take to work, I'm all ears. 
  • I'm super excited for the #northernutah2014 #steppingouttocurescleroderma 5K this Saturday. So excited! 
  • I get frustrated talking to my therapist because he makes me see situations from different perspectives. How dare he! :) But grateful for the mental help. It's needed.
